Personal Assistant required in Delting for woman in her 30's

Looking for a kind & caring personal assistant to support a woman in her 30s with a learning disability.

Location: Delting area

Rate of pay: good rate of pay

Weekly Hours: approx 8 hours per week

Working hours:

• 4pm – 8pm on a Tuesday

• 3pm – 7pm on a Wednesday

• However these hours can be flexible

• Potenital for weekend sleep-ins in addition to these hours

About the person

You’ll be caring for a bubbly and happy woman who loves art, music, aqua aerobics and being out and about. She is registered blind and needs support from a sighted guide. Training would be provided for this during shadow shifts.

The role

We’re looking for someone to help with:

• Meal prep

• Supporting with art projects and hobbies

• Going for outings in the car

• Helping with personal care

Ideal person

• A female personal assistant (due to the nature of personal care)

• Has a car and driving licence (required for going out on runs)

• Experience in care role previously

• Compassionate and caring

• Confident lone working
